YL Series Industrial Fabric Pilling Machine
Polar fleece, also known as cashmere, is a kind of knitted fabric. It is woven by a large circular machine. After weaving, the grey fabric is dyed first, and then processed by various complex processes such as napping, carding, shearing and pelleting. The front side of the fabric is brushed with fluffy and dense grains, and it is not easy to shed wool and pilling. The back side of the fleece is sparse and symmetrical, with good fluffy elasticity. Its ingredients are generally polyester, soft feel.
This model is suitable for major CDW(Fleece plants) and Cloth Dye-works production of fleece fabric with fleece ideal.
